Jennifer is one of the five founding name partners at Simon Bennett Robbins Oppenheim & Taft. She is headquartered at the firm's satellite office in Forest Hills, Queens, on the same block as the Tennis Center. Jennifer specializes in litigation, tax, mergers & acquisitions, pharmaceuticals & healthcare, supply chain tax planning, tax dispute resolution, and transfer pricing.
Jennifer graduated at the top of her undergraduate class at the University of California-Bakersfield in 1999. She went on top receive her law degree from Oxford in London just two years later and returned to the United States in 2002 to continue her studies at Yale University in New Haven, Conn., completing a L.L.M. degree in 2004.
Jennifer has more than nine years of experience, primarily representing multinational conglomerates on tax-related issues. She is a frequent guest-lecturer on international tax matters in front of the Executive Institute of Tax Litigators, the ABA (American Bar Association), AFDIS Law Institute, and the Western European Fiscal Association. Jennifer has authored 19 books on tax and estate planning throughout her career. She also has taught courses at Cal-State Berkeley, USC, UCLA, Santa Ana Community College, the Springfield Heights Institute of Technology, and Cal-State Northridge. To date, she has published eight text books on various issues pertaining to tax and estate matters.

Jennifer is a member of the: American Bar Association (Estate Planning and Tax Law Section); the International Monetary and Fiscal Matters Association; and the Commonwealth of Virginia Bar Association's tax section. She also is President of the Greater Washington, D.C., Youth and Mentoring Society.
Jennifer was the recepient of the State of California's Distinguished Public Speaker Award, as presented by the Council on Public Matters (2005) and she was named six consecutive times
as one of the "Most Ouststanding Tax Lawyers" by the National Bar Association of the Western World Readership Council.
