Jessica was a double-major during his undergraduate years at Michigan State University, graduating in the top 5 percent of her class with a concentration in political science and journalism. While at MSU, she served as the articles editor of the school's law review. She graduated with high honors from the law program at the University of Miami (1991).
Jessica has represented some of the world's most posh resorts in both litigation and banking matters. Among the clients she has served on behalf of the firm are: Ritz-Carlton Properties, the Hilton Group, the Marriott Group, the Hyatt, Mandalay Bay Group, the MGM-Mirage, and Wynn Resorts International. Jessica also successfully lobbied on behalf of the Atlantic City Gaming Commission to bring casino-style games to the Internet on behalf of some of the most prestigious hotels on that city's famed "Boardwalk" section in the mid-1990s.
Jessica is licensed to appear in: U.S. Court of Appeals, 15th Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals, 16th Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals, 17th Circuit; U.S. District Courts of Connecticut; U.S. District Courts of Georgia (Southern); U.S. District Courts of New Jersey (Southern, Northern); U.S. District Courts of Tennessee (Central); and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Jessica is an adjunct professor at the NYU School of Business, the Central Connecticut School of Broadcasting, and the Long Island University (Southhampton campus). She also serves on the advisory boards for the Community For Homeless in New York City Board, the Raising Awareness For AIDS Commission (Camden, N.J.), and the Hope For Haiti Relief Mission in partnership with the Students for Saving Hispaniola Group on the campus of Princeton University.
Jessica was awarded the "Top Lawyer in New York City" Award by the NYCDJL in 2002 and has been named 11 times on the NYCSS's list of "Best and Brightest Difference Makers" in the
tri-state area for her work to clothe the homeless and the indigent.
